THIS CORRECTIVE QUIT CLAIM DEED IS BEING MADE TO ADD THE PHASE TO THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION IN THAT QUIT CLAIM DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2206, PAGE 1649, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

THIS INDENTURE, made this 21 day of December 2007, between The Suntree Partners, a Florida general partnership and HMM, Inc., a Florida corporation ("Grantor"), and Citrus Springs Master Homeowners Association, Inc., a Florida non­ profit corporation ("Grantee") whose post office address is 565 Citrus Springs Blvd., Vero Beach, Florida 32968.

WITNESSETH that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/l00THS DOLLARS ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration to Grantor in band paid by Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, bas granted, bargained and sold to the said Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being in the County of Indian River, State of Florida, to wit:

and the Grantors do hereby fully warrant the title to said land and will defend the same against lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
