Amendment To The Declaration Of Covenants And Restrictions Of Lake Mandarin "Village G" Homeowners Association, Inc. 14NOV2017
THIS AMENDMENT is made on the 14th day of November 2017 by the Board of Directors of Lake Mandarin Homeowners Association, Inc.
Upon motion and a second thereof and after being brought up for discussion and a vote of the Board, the following amendments were approved and adopted by the Board at the above meeting, where a quorum was established.
1. Hurricane or other storm shutters may be installed (7) seven days prior to an impending storm. Ali hurricane shutters must be removed within (10) ten days of the lifting" or cancellation of the storm: or actual tropical storm and or hurricane. The board, at their discretion, may extend the takedown days of 10 to a longer period of time IF there is another impending storm.
2. The common area around both lakes may only be utilized by the homeowner
whose property is adjacent to the common area. Fishing will be permitted only from the common area between the homeowner's property and the common area to the lake. Residents are not permitted to fish from any other area or another homeowner's property/common area.
