Tucked away in its own little corner of paradise with picturesque tree-lined streets and manicured lawns and nestled between two lakes rests Village “A” a/k/a The Villas of Citrus Springs. Unique among its neighboring villages, The Villas boasts one hundred and two dwellings, its own clubhouse, heated pool, cabana, exercise room, an active social calendar and some of the friendliest folks in all of Florida.
The award-winning design of the three bedrooms two bath homes, with flowing floor plans and gourmet kitchens, provide for a uniquely entertaining experience. One need only ride through The Villas to recognize the pride in ownership of this well managed, financially sound, forward-looking Community.
Commencing January 2024, the monthly maintenance fee for The Villas is three hundred dollars ($300.00). These assessments finance landscape services such as cutting and trimming of lawns, trees, bushes and hedges, weed control, fertilization, and pest control for lawns. In addition, the monthly fees provide for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of irrigation systems, the heated pool, clubhouse, entry gates, mailboxes, and sidewalks.
The Villas are painted at regular intervals; and while repairs to roofs are the responsibility of the individual homeowner, The Village “A” Homeowners Association, Inc. does replace roofs every fifteen to twenty (15-20) years. The Villas is a self-managed community with a five (5) member Board of Directors duly elected by its membership.
