Village B (Lake Temple)

Lake Temple, also known as Village B is the original village in Citrus Springs. It consists of 55 beautiful single family homes located on Lake Kiwi, Lake Temple or the canal. All homes have either an unscreened lanai (patio), screened in lanai’s or screened in pools facing a lake or canal. Homes are anywhere from 1900 sq ft to 2200 sq feet with lot sizes starting at .19 acre to .41 acre.

Our community consists of a mix of snowbirds as well as full-time young families and retirees. Lake Temple’s heated pool and cabana are provided for your year-round enjoyment. The pool and cabana area are the site of many Lake Temple community activities to include water aerobics, happy hour and card games. The cabana is also home to our OFFICIAL meeting minutes and HOA notifications.

The quarterly village assessment per home is $500. Assessments cover the cost of homesite lawn mowing, weed and ant control, common area and berm upkeep and maintenance, pool maintenance and repair, front gate maintenance and repair, sidewalk maintenance and repair. Lake temple is self-managed by seven (5) board of directors who are elected yearly by village residents.
