Pool Party Agreement

This is a Pool Party Agreement between homeowner (resident), (Your Name), who lives at (Your Address), and the Citrus Springs Master Homeowners Association Board (acting on behalf of the Citrus Springs Homeowners Association – CSMHOA). By signing this agreement, the homeowner (resident) agrees to comply with the following Pool Party Rules (revised at the CSMHOA Board Meeting. on 10-1-09).

All Residents requesting to have a Pool Patio Party must comply with the following:

• Pool parties must be submitted to the Board 2 weeks prior to the party date

• Pool parties must be approved by the CSMHOA Board of Directors

• Pool parties are responsible for cleaning up all debris from the party

• Pool parties must bag up pool party trash and transport trash off premises

• Pool parties attendees must be considerate to all pool guests

• Pool party attendees must comply with all posted pool rules

• Absolutely no grills at any pool party

• All pool parties must be held during daylight time (sun-up to sun-down) per county ordinance

• All pool parties must be limited to 25 guests (this includes adults and children – there must be 1
adult supervisor for every 5 children)

• Pool party host/homeowner must sign Pool Party Agreement acknowledging and agreeing to the above
pool rules.
