WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
PROJECT: Villas of Citrus Springs Village "A" 52 Buildings
Vero Beach Roofing, Inc. installer of Owens Coming Duration Tru-Def "Driftwood" dimensional shingle roof system will be free from defects due to workmanship for a period of five (5) years from date of substantial completion. This Warranty commences on 4 February 2019 and expires on 3 February 2024 except as required by state of Florida Statue. Should defects develop during the warranty period the Owner will give Vero Beach Roofing, Inc. written notice of defective any work. This warranty does not extend to any failure of the roof which is a result of misuse or abuse by consumer or physical damage as a result of fire, windstorm, hail, earthquake or other acts of God.
When applicable, this Warranty shall be transferable to new owner.
