Clubhouse Rules and Regulations
CITRUS SPRINGS MASTER HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION
Revised - CLUBHOUSE RULES - July 9, 2008
1. The clubhouse is NOT for rent.
2. No smoking.
3. Village meetings/gatherings
a. Board members from that Village will schedule meetings at least one week (7 days) in advance with the MHOA.
b. Village gatherings will be scheduled at least 10 to 14 days in advance.
c. No Village will be eligible to schedule a gathering on a holiday unless a President or a Director agrees to it.
d. The Club House is available for Village meetings and Village sponsored gatherings at NO cost.
e. Pool gatherings are to be held outside and not in combination of inside the Club House and outside.
f. The exercise room and the pool are off-limits for any Village Club House gathering.
4. Villages will take All RESPONSIBILITIES for a Village gathering.
a. Villages are responsible for all acts that occur at their gathering.
b. Villages are responsible for all damages at their gathering (to Club House or Property).
c. The MHOA does not condone the use of alcohol on MHOA property.
d. Bag and remove all trash.
e. Nothing shall be placed or taped on the walls.
f. Vacuum the room.
g. Must supply all cleaning supplies - i.e. dish towels, soap, paper towels, etc.
h. Air conditioning to be reset to 79 degrees.
i. Ice maker won't supply enough ice for parties. Bring your own.
j. Clean out your personal items from the refrigerator.
k. Wipe down countertops, all tables, and plastic chairs.
l. Check both bathrooms for problems before leaving - i.e. stuffed toilets, water running, etc.
m. If used, clean out the coffee pot, kitchen sink, and microwave.
n. Room to be left as found - i.e., chairs stored in the closet.
5. The MHOA will have the final decision on all matters concerning the Club House usage.
